The shareholders of Romgaz (SNG) approved, today, the distribution of dividends of 535.7 million lei, respectively a gross dividend of 1.39 lei per share, according to a report sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

Also, the GMS decided to distribute the reported reserve as follows: the amount of 84,792,928.00 lei, in the form of dividends and the amount of 82,207,785.98 lei, for its own sources of financing.
