Working in the energy in Romania from 1982 starting with Cernavoda Nuclear Power Plant, promoted after 1990 in the Energy Ministry, RENEL, CONEL and Transelectrica, MECMA, in different top-management positions up to CEO and General Director with a large experience in the investment activities in Generation and transport of energy. In the last period of time act as member of the Ministerial Committee for Smart Grids and as a Scientific Counselor at the Romanian National Committee for World Energy Council-WEC.
