Norway’s sovereign fund sells holdings of Nuclearelectrica and Romgaz

Norway’s Sovereign Investment Fund, the largest in the world, with assets under management of about 1.1 trillion USD, liquidated in 2019 the holdings it had at Nuclearelectrica, Romgaz and the Romanian capital market operator BVB, according to zf.ro.

Instead, the Fund has entered into the shareholding of Sphera Group, a company that manages Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and KFC in Romania.

Thus, the fund liquidated the holding of 4.3 million dollars in Romgaz (0.16% of the company), the one of 3.3 million USD in Nuclearelectrica (0.54%) and the one of 100,000 USD at BVB (0.24%) and entered as a shareholder with 1.1 million USD (0.64%) in Sphera Group.
