The employees of E.ON companies carry out field activities during this period to ensure the continuity of the supply of electricity and natural gas, but also to carry out various important technical interventions at the interior installations of natural gas and electricity.

“Because we care about the safety and health of our clients and employees, we want to assure all our clients that in order to protect them, we have taken a series of measures regarding social distance, in order to limit the spread of COVID-19. We make every effort to ensure that our interventions are carried out in safe conditions, in accordance with the safety measures recommended by the authorities, as well as with those decided and applied at the level of the whole E.ON Group,” a company statement said.

At the same time, the basic activities: dispatching, interventions for the resolution of incidents and disturbances in the natural gas and electricity networks, as well as the maintenance of the distribution system are organized so that continuity in the power supply can be ensured.

The company took the decision to temporarily suspend all activities that involve direct contact with customers, as it has a number of alternative communication channels for obtaining information and performing various operations.
