Enexus, a company with integrated EPC services and international expertise in the construction of photovoltaic projects, announces the launch of the Titu 1 project – a 20 MWp solar park and a 20 MVA transformer station, in partnership with Akıș Enerji, part of the Turkish group Ulusoy Enerji Yatırımları A.Ș. The project will be located in the city of Titu, Dâmbovița County, and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2025.
A new “ready to build” project
The Titu 1 photovoltaic power plant enters directly into the execution stage, as the project is already authorized and ready from all points of view – from construction and environmental permits, to institutional agreements (Transelectrica, ANRE, local authorities), technical studies and land securing. In addition, the financial structure is solid, based on a feasible plan backed by an experienced investor. Enexus will deliver the project on a turnkey basis, through EPC services including technical design, delivery of premium equipment, execution works and grid connection. After commissioning, the company will also provide operation and maintenance (O&M) services, essential to maintain performance over time.

Strategic partnership with Ulusoy Enerji – an active investor in the region
Akıș Enerji, the Turkish developer involved in the project, is part of the Ulusoy Enerji Yatırımları A.Ș. Group, which operates a diversified portfolio of around 200 MW in wind turbines, hydropower and photovoltaic plants. The Group also has a significant presence in the process industry, including the production of copper pipes – an important component in its own supply chain and a strategic advantage in the delivery of complex energy projects.

Once completed, the Titu 1 solar park will produce between 24.5 and 28 GWh per year, depending on the actual irradiation conditions and the final efficiency of the installed equipment. The energy generated will be delivered directly into the national grid, contributing to energy security and increasing the share of renewable energy in the national energy mix. With its rapid execution and solid infrastructure, the project is perfectly aligned with regional trends of accelerated energy transition.
