Romanian energy industry professionals now have available a club just for them!

Since the beginning of February, energynomics.ro launches a new concept-event, completely dedicated to the specialists and decision makers in the Romanian energy industry. Energy Breakfast Club project is a series of informal meetings for information exchange and socializing, hosted by the warm and sophisticated Cesianu-Racoviţă Palace, in center Bucharest.

On February 5, 2014 is the scheduled the first edition of Energy Breakfast Club, and its main subject is given by privatizations announced for this year. We’ll start from the situation and prospects of companies like Electrica, CE Oltenia or Hidroelectrica. We’ll try to assess how much the state will collect from the selling. We are even more interested in the benefits for the rest of the industry and on how they will eventually reach to the consumer. We will review what we have learned from previous sales / privatizations, the risks and how we can prepare for possible opportunities.

For starting and stimulate discussions, we have the honour to partner with Silvia Vlăsceanu, parliamentary adviser in the Chamber of Deputies (Industries & Services Commission), and Valentin Ionescu, president of the Institute Ordoliberal, former Minister of Privatization in the 90s. As speakers, the two will launch the first views and propose some early insights. After the speeches, any of those present will be able to add their own opinions and expose the experience, expertise or interests of their own companies.

There will be present over 50 specialists in energy and related industries, whose contributions could enrich knowledge on topics under discussion. Access will be free, based on nominal invitation (launched energynomics.ro or requested by those interested).

Since February, Energy Breakfast Club becomes the best way to start the day: hot coffee, croissants, useful information and networking for professionals in energy.
