Electrica Group recruits general managers for its electricity distribution companies Transilvania Sud and Muntenia Nord

Creativity, technical competence, commitment and high ethical standards – these are the main requirements for the managers to be recruited by Electrica Group for its distribution companies. Applications are expected by February 6, for 20 leadership positions, in a new step taken by Electrica Group to strengthen its leadership in the distribution and supply of electricity in Romania and for regional expansion.

The recruitment innititive comes after the listing of Electrica SA on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (June 2014), after Cătălin Stancu was appointment as General Manager (September 2016) and after the decision to internalize the maintenance services (November 2017), within a new development vision announced in March 2017 (Dan Cătălin Stancu, Electrica: We plan to sell comfort, not just electricity, in energynomics Magazine).

SDEE Transilvania Sud and SDEE Muntenia Nord are looking for general managers, experts who are expected to have higher education, professional experience of at least 10 years, of which at least 3 years in top management in organizations in the energy sector. In addition, candidates must be well-versed in economic analysis models and very knowledgeable of the energy market as well as of specific domestic and European legislation.

In addition, each of the three electricity distribution companies of Electrica – Muntenia Nord, Transilvania Sud and Transilvania Nord – recruits 6 executive directors:

  • Director of Asset Management Division
  • Director of Grid Development Division
  • Director of Operations Division
  • Director of Energy Services Division
  • Director of Energy Management Division
  • Director of General Services Division

Since January, the Electrica Group also has a new financial director, as it recruited Mihai Darie, who held the same position at Nuclearelectrica.
