The company Delgaz Grid SA launched on October 3, an auction estimated at the maximum value of about 650 million lei (132 million euros), excluding VAT, Transilvania Business announces. The deadline for submitting offers is November 8, 2022, and the duration of the contracts will be 36 months, for the replacement of pipes and connections and the realization of new natural gas distributions.
The objective of the framework agreement and the subsequent contracts is the execution of the replacement works of natural gas pipes and connections and the creation of new natural gas distributions for Delgaz Grid SA, in all localities (villages, municipalities, cities) in 20 counties, depending on system access requests submitted to Delgaz Grid SA.
The auction is divided into four lots:
- Lot 1 – East – Counties of Iasi, Suceava, Botoșani, Neamț, Bacău, Vaslui
- Lot 2 – West – Timiș, Caras Severin, Arad, Hunedoara counties
- Lot 3 – South – Counties of Sibiu, Alba, Mureș, Harghita
- Lot 4 – North – Counties of Cluj, Bistrita Năsăud, Sălaj, Bihor, Maramureș, Satu Mare
In 2021, Delgaz Grid increased natural gas distribution networks by over 700 kilometers and electricity distribution networks by over 500 km, of which more than half are underground.
