ANRE announces the organization of a public meeting for discussing the package of regulations regarding the sale of electricity produced in power plants from renewable sources with installed capacity of no more than 27 kW belonging to prosumers, on 10.12.2018, 10:00, at its headquarters in 3, Constantin Nacu St, District 2, Bucharest, 6th floor, (entry through Bd. Carol I).
The regulatory package includes
- Draft Order for the approval of the rules for selling electricity produced in renewable power plants with a maximum installed capacity of 27 kW (LINK)
- Draft Order for the approval of the Selling-Buying framework contract for electricity generated by prosumers in power plants using renewable sources with installed capacity of less than 27 Kw per consuming place and not beneficial to the promotion system through green certificates and for amending Annex no. 2 to ANRE Order no. 31/2018 (LINK)
Attending the meeting is accepted within the limits of the available places in the hall, so that interested persons are asked to confirm their participation before 06.02.2018 at 16:00 at the e-mail info at anre.ro.
