Bucharest City Hall announced that the magistrates of the Bucharest Court of Appeal admitted the request for provisional suspension of the execution of the bankruptcy order of RADET, so that the utility returns to the observation period before the bankruptcy was pronounced, according to Digi24.ro.

„In fact, starting today (Tuesday), all of RADET’s activities are no longer subject to any of the effects of bankruptcy, the autonomous utility going back to the observation period, that is before the bankruptcy was declared,” the quoted source says.

In the next period, the entire activity of RADET will be taken over by the Termoenergetica Municipal Company.

Bucharest City Hall points out that the thermal agent will be delivered to the population and reassures the Bucharest people that they will not be affected. „The employees of the company will not even feel this change and there will be no layoffs,” PMB representatives said.
