Transelectrica shareholders have chosen a new Supervisory Board

The shareholders of Transelectrica (TEL) on Tuesday elected a new provisional Supervisory Board, with a mandate starting from November 30, 2019 until March 29, 2020, according to the report sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

The new SB is made up of the candidates proposed by the General Secretariat of the Government, namely: Popescu Luiza, residing in Bucharest, engineer, Burduja Sebastian (PNL Sector 1 leader), residing in Bucharest, economist, Badea Jean, residing in Bucharest, computer scientist, Comănescu Jean-Valentin, residing in Bucharest, economist, Burlacu Oleg, residing in Bucharest, lawyer, Goicea Adrian, residing in Bucharest, economist and Stan-Olteanu Manuela Petronela, residing in Voluntari, lawyer, according to financialintelligence.ro.

The mandate of the current board, consisting of Mircea Gheorghe Dumitru Coșea, Adrian Mitroi, Virginia Mihaela Toader, Mihaela Constantinovici, Florin – Radu Ciocănelea, Petru Tărniceru and Ionică Bădilă expires on November 30th.
