The health and safety of customers, employees and the communities in which it operates is one of the main concerns of Enel companies in Romania. Therefore, Enel has offered customers a multitude of alternatives for paying invoices, to find information on invoices, how to send the index, how to contact company representatives to obtain details about ongoing contracts or to sign a new contract.

Contact channels

During this period, customers can contact Enel by phone, email, Live Agent channel on the site or messaging the Facebook page. All contact details are available here.

Invoice and payment methods

Customers do not have to wait for the postman to receive the electricity or gas bill. Enel customers have two easy options to receive the electronic invoice as soon as it has been issued: by email or SMS, or they can choose to download a copy of the invoice here.

Instead of making their way to the store or to various payment points, customers can choose to use the MyEnel application, which is very easy to use on your computer, phone or tablet. More details here.

If customers still want to make cash payments, it is recommended to use self-pay vending machines, located in the networks of Profi, Auchan, Mega Image, Carrefour, Kaufland stores, as well as in grocery stores.

Other options for paying the bill are – ATMs, direct debit, internet or bank transfer.

Details about Enel’s banking and commercial partners can be found on the electricity bill, as well as here.

Channels for online operations

Customers active in the digital environment can access the MyEnel account, which can be easily activated either online, on my.enel.ro, or by downloading the mobile application for free, from the App Store or Google Play.

With MyEnel, customers can receive and pay their electricity or gas bills, register their index or check their balance of payments.

Also, in the MyEnel application, in the Quick Contracting section, commercial offers are available, so that both existing and potential customers have the opportunity to submit online requests for the conclusion of a contract for the supply of electricity or natural gas.

Send index

To send the index for consumed electricity, customers can call the toll-free number 0800.07.08.09 or the normal rate number 021.9977 (during the re-reading period specified on the bill).

To send the gas consumption index, customers can call the toll-free number 0800.07.07.01, key 1, or the normal tariff number 021.9977, if their distributor is Delgaz Grid or Progaz P&D (between 22 and 26 of each month).

The transmission of the meter index can also be done through the MyEnel application, by accessing the Index section.
