Romanians donated 250,000 kWh in the new edition of the “Give Light” campaign, run by E.ON Romania, to support those who need help during this period.

The campaign participants sent stories of their peers, which they knew they needed support, and thus contributed 100 kWh to the nominees, at no cost to them.

The only condition, for their friends, relatives or acquaintances, to receive the 100 kWh, was that the nominees have an E.ON subscription for at least one of the two types of services: natural gas or electricity.

Moreover, as many of the supporters of the Give Light campaign, now in its seventh edition, wanted to contribute energy to social institutions that received fewer donations during this period, some of the energy will reach them.

The names and contact details of the nominees will not be made public and the amounts of energy will be deducted from the following invoices received.
