Nuclearelectrica (SNN) will be obliged by ANRE to sell on the regulated market, between January 1, 2020 and June 30, 2020, an amount of 1,086,596,545 MWh, representing 10.5% of the total quantity of production scheduled for the year 2020 at the regulated price of 188.47 lei/ MWh, according to a decision of ANRE, shows a report presented to BVB.

According to SNN, this regulated price does not include the energy transport tariff, in the amount of 1.30 lei / MWh. Also, ANRE informed SNN by decision no. 2214/ 23.12.2019 on the maximum quantities of electricity that can be imposed as sales obligations based on regulated contracts between July 1, 2020- December 31, 2020. Thus, the maximum amount of electricity for the period July 1, 2020- December 31, 2020 is of 1.095 million MWh.
