Hidroelectrica has a new energy offer for household consumers, valid from January 1, 2021. The company proposes more advantageous conditions for the supply of electricity, translated by a decrease in prices, with the liberalization of the energy market.

Thus, for the active energy delivered to household consumers starting with January 1, 2021, the price will be reduced from 0.255 lei/kWh, to 0.245 lei/kWh in the first semester of next year. Customers have the guarantee that the prices are fixed and still benefit from relaxed payment terms – 45 days from the issuance of the invoice, the company announced.

“We offer green energy, which we can supply in any location in Romania, and the process of choosing Hidroelectrica services is simple and does not involve power outages. We rely on fairness in the relationship with our customers, and the contract we put on the table has no additional costs or hidden clauses. In addition, the communication with the company and the transmission of documents can be done online,” said Bogdan Badea, president of the Hidroelectrica board of directors.

The action is following the company’s strategy to increase the number of customers in the supply area with the complete liberalization of the energy market.

“Attracting new consumers to our delivery services is a goal we assume 100%: we have already set up a Call Center that is ready to respond quickly to customers’ requests, we strengthen support structures and IT infrastructure, we continue to invest in digitization,” Badea concluded.
