The employees of the Ministry of European Funds will use exclusively the digital system from June 1, according to an Ordinance adopted by the Government on Thursday.

“Starting June 1, all employees of the Ministry of European Funds and subordinate structures have the obligation to use only the digital system and to give up papers in the interaction they will have with the beneficiaries of funding, according to an Ordinance adopted yesterday (Thursday) in the government meeting. “Goodbye to papers!” is an initiative that comes in order to debureaucratize and make transparent the interaction between the beneficiaries of European funds and authorities, creating the legal framework for alignment with European Regulations,” it is shown in a MFE release quoted by Agerpres.

According to the institution, significant time savings and transparency also apply to officials of the Ministry of European Funds who can automate repetitive operations and even write the Guides directly into the system. Ensuring audit trails for all flows in the life cycle of projects is another advantage of implementing the Ordinance proposed by the minister Marcel Bolos.
