CVW Technologies posts an increase of 47.5% in the segment of water treatment

CVW Technologies Group, manufacturer of technologies for drinking water treatment and wastewater treatment in residential, industrial and municipal applications, reports sales worth 4,278,000 lei for the first quarter of 2020. At the end of last year, the company reported businesses of 24,500,000 lei for the entire year 2019. CVW Technologies Group owns the brands C&V Water, IntelliBIO, Smartech Automation, intelliFilter și magazinulapei.ro.

The results are distributed on three important segments of activity, namely the segment of water supply and sewage, the segment of industrial automation and that of water treatment and purification stations. In the first quarter of 2020 compared to the previous year, the sector dedicated to treatment and purification of water increased by 47.5%, to 3,127,000 lei.

Among the projects contracted in the first quarter of the year, there are five wastewater treatment plants in Maramureș, Prahova and Timiș counties to serve localities with a number of 1,600 to 3,000 inhabitants, but also six drinking water treatment plants for consumers in the counties of Botoșani, Maramureș, Mureș, Timiș and Constanța.

“This year, although it came with challenges for the entire business environment worldwide, it is one in which we aim to complete the implementation of all projects in various stages of execution in almost all of Romania. Also, our plan includes the modernization of the production flow in the Măgurele plant, but also of the production equipment, as well as the development and diversification of our own product portfolio. At the same time, we aim to expand our regional presence, by developing the distribution network in residential applications under the IntelliBIO brand, but also the development of the magazinulapei.ro platform, dedicated to for water treatment and purification equipment,” says Cătălin Negoiță, CEO CVW Technologies.
