CONDMAG is the majority shareholder in SC TIMGAZ S.A. Buziaş, company specialized in distribution of natural gas in Buziaş, under a concession for 49 years.
CONDMAG shares are listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Current share capital of the company is 38,13 million lei (over 9 million euro).
