Changes in the Board of Directors of Rompetrol Rafinare

Bogdan-Cătălin Steriopol was appointed interim member of the Board of Directors of Rompetrol Rafinare, replacing Mihai-Liviu Mihalache, who resigned from his mandate, the company informs.
“In accordance with the provisions of art. 1372 of Law no. 31/1990 on companies, republished, with subsequent amendments, and of art. 14.6 of the Articles of Incorporation of Rompetrol Rafinare SA, at the proposal of the Ministry of Economy, Energy and Business Environment, Mr. Bogdan-Cătălin Steriopol was appointed temporary member of the Board of Directors, starting with June 4, 2020, until the next Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders,” it is shown in a report of the company, submitted to the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), according to Agerpres.

Bogdan-Cătălin Steriopol is a graduate of the Faculty of Marketing, within the “Artifex” University, obtaining in 2008 the bachelor’s degree and the qualification of economist. He is also a master student of the “Mihai Viteazu” Information Academy in Bucharest.
