Aspen Institute of Romania is a non-profit, and non-politic organisation that aims to promote informative dialogue on various interest subjects from the romanian society. The institute is recognised worldwide for its commitment as an inovative leadeership model and the informal dialogue between business, politics and civil societies. Its headquarters are in Aspen Colorado and Washington from 1950. But there are branches in France, Germany, Italy, japan, India, Spain, Czech Republic and Mexic.
As most Institutes in the Aspen network, Aspen Institute Romania came about through the serendipitous meeting of like-minded individuals keen on developing an environment for fundamental debates and substantive contribution to Romania's success as a democracy and open society.
